IB Meeting

 The IB community members gathered for the eighth time to gear up for the remote consultancy visit and attempted to finish up the IB assessment schedule. Right before the former was taken on, the team made some final touches on the IB assessment calendar but was still left open for further discussion if deemed necessary. Each course in-charge gave a little more details about their course-specific assessments and their reasons for the schedule they set. Shortly after, the school’s IB coordinator herself, Ms. Chingyu, led the discussion on what and how the school could prepare for the consultancy visit. She assigned each of the teams some tasks on a particular category of standards and emphasized openness to suggestions. Each of the teams came up with plans on how they could better deliver their part. Towards the end of the meeting, each group then shared their thoughts and raised some concerns to heed on.
